St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner. Do you bake or make “green” food for St. Patrick’s Day? I usually bake a few treats for my family, this year I even decorated our Mantle.

These cupcakes are perfect for St. Patrick’s Day or even a yummy Springtime treat! I love turning a simple cake mix into a special treat.
 
Ingredients for Cupcakes:
•    1 box Yellow Cake Mix plus ingredients
•    Or you can use one of the recipes from Cupcake Heaven

I simply love this time of year –the crisp, cool air; leaves changing from green to shades of gold and red; shorter days; hot apple cider and the sweet aroma of pumpkin spice; blankets and sweaters being pulled out of cupboards and boxes... Ahhh, Fall!
